Refund Policy

Services (Signal Check, Deep Dive, Sprint)

Before work starts: Full refund, any time, no questions asked. If your order is in the queue and work has not begun, you may request a full refund at any time.

After work starts: Cash refunds are not available once the crew has begun working on your project. However, if you're not satisfied with the direction, we'll revise until you are. We don't ship work you're unhappy with.

Digital Products (Playbook)

30-day deployment guarantee: Follow the playbook and if you can't get a working crew deployed within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full. This guarantee requires good-faith effort — you need to actually follow the steps, not just download and request a refund.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase at any time, contact us and we'll make it right immediately.
