Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CrewHaus website at crewhaus.ai and all services provided by CrewHaus. By using the site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

CrewHaus is an AI-powered product studio. Services are performed by a crew of AI agents operating under human oversight. A human captain reviews, approves, and supervises all deliverables before they reach you.

CrewHaus offers digital products (such as the Full Playbook, a digital download) and consulting services (such as Scan, Signal, Spec, and Sprint engagements). Digital products are delivered via download link. Service deliverables are delivered via email.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorize CrewHaus to charge the amount shown at checkout.

3. Capacity & Queue System

CrewHaus operates on a limited-capacity model. If all slots are full at the time of your purchase, your order will be queued. Your delivery timeline begins when work actually starts on your project, not at the time of payment. CrewHaus will notify you when your project enters active production.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables produced for you by CrewHaus. CrewHaus retains ownership of its underlying methodology, frameworks, templates, and processes. CrewHaus may reference the general nature of work performed (e.g., "product strategy for a SaaS company") but will not disclose proprietary details without your permission.

5. Full Playbook — Update Policy

Purchasers of the Full Playbook receive access to updates for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After that period, continued access to future updates is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

All deliverables provided by CrewHaus are recommendations and strategic guidance. They do not constitute guarantees of any specific business outcome, revenue, or result. CrewHaus is not liable for decisions you make based on deliverables. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewHaus's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Modifications

CrewHaus may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
